- Payment Options
- BDBD accepts Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and money orders (made out to BDBD). All personal checks must clear before item(s) ship out. Please contact us for checks and money orders.

- Shipping
- All packages will ship UPS. Shipping is insured and goods will usually be sent out within two to five days of payment confirmation according to press of business. You may ship ground, first, second, or third day. Ground is least expensive.
- International Shipping
- International shipping is available to most countries, (cost may vary according to country). To make arrangements for international shipping please contact us via email or fax for cost and details.

- Returns
- If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, all items EXCEPT Sale items, may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs. Items must be in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stones are unscratched and unmarred. All sale items are final. Please Contact us BEFORE shipping item(s) back to receive your return authorization number (RA#) and the return address to ship back to. Please write the RA# on your return package. Items without an RA# will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.
Any custom piece is not returnable for refund, but may be returned for Full Credit or Exchange
- Warranty
- All BDBD designs bought from www.beaddesignsbydana.com have a 1 month warranty included. We will repair/replace any problem resulting from a production or design flaw within 1 month of purchase. AFTER the warranty expires repairs/replacements are offered for a minimal charge plus shipping and handling. There is a turn-around time of 4-6 weeks for repairs/replacements. Please follow the procedures outlined above under RETURNS when submitting your claim. Please note that one of a kind pendants or stones can be very difficult to find again and sometimes it may not be possible for BDBD to do so. Also, be aware that color, clarity and variation occurs in most semi-precious stones and BDBD has no guarantee about stone variations.

- At Bead Designs By Dana we strive to be the best semi-precious jewelry line and most unique home accessory line. All BDBD jewelry is made from the finest gemstones and flexible beading wire available for strength and durability. All metals are Sterling Silver, 14K Gold, 14K Gold-Filled.
All BDBD 'One of a Kind' pieces are original designs, most pieces can be custom sized....just contact us by phone or email with your request.
- Most bracelets and necklaces can also be custom sized.
- Earrings can be switched to posts or clips if desired.
